Steven Smith is a Director in Leo Berwick’s Tax Insurance Advisory Practice. He brings extensive expertise advising multinational companies with valuable intellectual property on U.S. and international tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integrations, and the structuring and maintenance of IP ownership.
Before joining Leo Berwick, Steven spent nearly a decade as a Senior Associate at a premier international law firm, where he focused on cross-border tax planning for multinational clients.
