Susan Chun is a Vice President of Property Tax in Leo Berwick’s US M&A State and Local Tax practice. She advises clients on property tax issues and planning opportunities throughout the transaction lifecycle, including pre- and post-acquisition.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Susan held a leadership role at a national property tax law firm, where she led multi-state property tax appeals and delivered transaction-related property tax consulting services for real estate investment firms, owner-operators, and REITs. Earlier in her career, she began her professional career at a Big Four accounting firm, where she gained broad experience in advisory services.
