Timothy Wong is a Vice President in the Integration and Separation practice at Leo Berwick. He supports clients across the transaction lifecycle, including diligence, Day 1 and Day 100 integration, separation planning and execution, and value creation initiatives.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Timothy was a member of the Strategy and Transactions practice at a Big 4 consulting firm. He has experience advising clients on due diligence, synergy assessment, and post-close execution. He has led cross-functional integration and carve-out initiatives, developed target operating models, and structured Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) to support seamless transitions. His industry experience spans telecommunications, energy, and healthcare.
