Tony is a Senior Advisor in Leo Berwick’s Energy and Infrastructure practice, providing strategic guidance on financial planning, transactions, and operational initiatives. He brings over 40 years of finance and accounting experience advising emerging growth companies, private equity funds, and strategic clients across the energy, infrastructure, healthcare, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
Previously, Tony was a partner in the Deal Advisory practice at a Big 4 firm, where he led the U.S. energy sector practice and advised on U.S. and cross-border transactions. He has extensive experience leading buy- and sell-side due diligence engagements and advising on commercial and financial matters, including financial modeling, business strategy, and transaction structuring.
